What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping address
• Order details: what you bought, when, and for how much
• Basic analytics about how you use our site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location)
• If you opt in to cookies, advertising identifiers used by Meta and/or TikTok pixels

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. See "Payments" below.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and never pass through or get stored on our servers. Stripe's own privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

Who we share information with

To get your order to you, we share the minimum necessary information with:

• Stripe, to process payment.
• CJ Dropshipping (our fulfillment supplier) gets your name, shipping address, and order contents, so they can ship your order to you.
• Resend (our email provider) gets your email address, to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Firebase (Google Cloud), to securely store order records.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and pixels

We use essential cookies to run the site (like remembering your cart). If you accept our cookie banner, we may also load Meta Pixel and/or TikTok Pixel, which help us understand ad performance. These don't load until you accept, and you can decline them. You can clear cookies any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep order records as long as reasonably needed for customer support, accounting, and legal obligations (typically several years), then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights in Canada (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct inaccuracies, and ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Your rights in California (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion of it, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" (we don't sell personal information, and our only sharing is the service providers listed above, needed to fulfill your order). You can exercise these rights by emailing us. We won't discriminate against you for exercising them.
